Once final files and deliverables are handed over, their proper use, integration, and ongoing maintenance become the responsibility of the client or any third party engaged.
6. Digital Products
All digital products sold by Jad & Co, including Canva templates, guides, downloadable resources, illustrations, and digital assets, are delivered electronically.
Access to digital products is provided via downloadable links and/or template access links upon successful purchase.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Jad & Co does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for downloadable products, digital templates, or digital resources once purchase has been completed and access has been provided.
By purchasing a digital product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms prior to completing their purchase.
Jad & Co reserves the right to refuse refund requests where access to the digital product has already been granted.
8. Digital Products, Template Usage & Disclaimer
All template designs, custom illustrations, layouts, graphics, digital products, and creative assets remain the intellectual property of Jad & Co unless otherwise stated. Purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or business use across websites, social media, marketing, and general content purposes only.
Templates may be customised for your own brand, business, or client content, however they may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, sublicensed, copied, duplicated for resale, claimed as original work, or used to create competing template products or digital assets. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
Photographs and imagery used throughout template previews, demonstrations, and marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only unless otherwise stated. Jad & Co does not claim ownership of third-party imagery used for presentation or preview purposes. Buyers are responsible for replacing placeholder imagery with their own content or appropriately licensed photography prior to commercial use.
Some products may require access to third-party platforms or subscriptions, including Canva or Canva Pro, in order to access certain fonts, elements, or functionality. Jad & Co is not affiliated with or responsible for third-party platform limitations, outages, subscription requirements, or future platform changes.
While our products are designed to support branding, content creation, and online presence, Jad & Co does not guarantee specific engagement, audience growth, marketing performance, business success, or financial results through use of our products, templates, or resources.
Illustrations and digital artwork sold by Jad & Co are not exclusive unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Artwork may not be trademarked, claimed as a standalone logo or primary brand identity, resold, redistributed, or sublicensed without written permission.
